D\u00e9claration Environnementale et Sanitaire) according to NF EN15804+A1 and NF EN15804\/CN  standards<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1171\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1171\">Some good practices in terms of referencing may be recalled to help finding your declarations among the results:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>An FDES can be:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>New or revised<\/li>\r\n \t<li>individual (product manufactured by only one industrial) or collective (product manufactured by several industrials)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>drawn up internally by the declarant or externally<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>An FDES must be compliant with the rules of the programme in force<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In case of products with several configurations (different functional units), there must be an FDES for each configuration<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1172\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1172\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Step 2 : Verification of the FDES<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1172\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1172\"><ul>\r\n \t<li>The declarant must chose an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inies-dev.armstrong.space\/ressource\/liste-des-verificateurs-habilites-au-programme-inies\/\">accredited INIES verifier<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>The declarant provides the verifier with the accompanying report in French (can also provide the verifier with other supporting documents, on request of the latter)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>After examination of the verifier, a verification certificate is issued<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1173\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1173\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" registration module Here.<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Once payment is made to INIES, the tokens are credited to the organisation&#8217;s declaring account. Subsequently, the &#8220;manager&#8221; account can create &#8220;user&#8221; accounts which then can in turn declare FDES.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Note:<\/h4>\r\nThe &#8220;manager&#8221; account can declare FDES and has access to all FDES declared by its &#8220;user&#8221; accounts. However, &#8220;user&#8221; accounts only have access to their own declared FDES.\r\nIt is therefore important to clearly identify within the organisation who is the person in charge of the &#8220;manager&#8221; account.\r\nIn the FDES consultation space, the FDES reference contact which will be provided in the field &#8220;declaring organisation&#8221; is that of the account that has created the FDES.\r\n<h4>Creation of a &#8220;manager&#8221; It is possible to look up the results of the robot and modify your digitised data before the request of putting online. It is also possible that the detected potential anomalies are not justified, and therefore to validate the values as initially entered. It is simply a coherence robot which allows to alert in case of big differences with comparative values of the same nomenclature family, but which is not an exact source.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id=\"elementor-tab-title-2285\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2285\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Focus on the modification of an FDES after publication<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2285\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2285\"><h3>Types of possible modifications<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Minor update<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>An update is said to be minor when the definition of the FU and the values of the indicators in the results table are not modified. For example: editorial modifications (typing error, etc.). The product is not modified and the date of validity of the FDES does not change.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>No accredited verifier intervenes. It is therefore the declarant who has the entire responsibility for the modification. However, for the purpose of traceability, the declarant must provide and register in the INIES database the details of the modifications made.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Major update<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>An update is said to be major when a verification control point is modified (for example: modification of one or several values of the indicators in the results table). This will therefore lead to a new verification and thus the intervention of a verifier.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>There are 2 cases of major updates:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Review every 5 years (at the end of the validity period)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>During the validity period, the declarant can choose between continuing his initial period or starting with a new 5 year cycle.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Making a modification<\/h3>\r\nTo make a modification of an FDES, the declarant must, in his declaration space, tab &#8220;My FDES&#8221;, choose among his online FDES, the FDES in question, and click on &#8220;Offline for modification&#8221;.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2667 size-full\"
