The State is a permanent guest.<\/p><p>Declarants are the issuers of environmental and health declarations of construction products (FDES, FDES Configurators or LCI). They can be industrials, unions, federations. To ensure the correct consistency of the FDES, there are also verifiers. The latter are accredited according to various criteria by the Programme.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8b7b2c elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"e8b7b2c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"393\" src=\"https:\/\/inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/programme-de-verification-inies.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-1312\" alt=\"Diagram of the INIES verification programme\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/programme-de-verification-inies.png 947w, https:\/\/inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/programme-de-verification-inies-300x184.png 300w, https:\/\/inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/programme-de-verification-inies-768x471.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3cf36d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a3cf36d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Verification of the INIES programme<\/h2><p>The verification by an independent third party is a mandatory procedure since 1 July 2017, which means that it must be carried out by an INIES-accredited verifier.<\/p><p>The role of accredited verifiers consists in verifying, in accordance with the procedures provided for by the Programme, the compliance of the FDES\/LCI with:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EN 15804 standards and their national supplement<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decrees and orders in force in France<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INIES programme rules<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>The verifier will ensure that various compliance points are respected. He will also check the technical and scientific validity of the FDES\/LCI. Finally, he will also check the communication aspects.<\/p><p>Operationally, the points examined by the verifiers are, among others:<\/p><ul><li>Objectives of the study<\/li><li>Functional unit<\/li><li>Description of the product<\/li><li>System boundary<\/li><li>Energy mix<\/li><li>Cut-off rule<\/li><li>Data collection and quality<\/li><li>Scenarios<\/li><li>Plausibility and completeness of data<\/li><li>Verification of communication aspects<\/li><li>Health characteristics for FDES<\/li><\/ul><p>The accreditation of verifiers relies on the requirements of the ISO 14025 standard and takes best professional practices into account.<\/p><p>This procedure aims to qualify and endorse the skills required to ensure the quality and independence of the verifications of the FDES and LCI subject to the compliance process of the INIES Programme.<\/p><p>The verified data include the logos &#8220;FDES v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e INIES&#8221; for the FDES and &#8220;ICV v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 INIES&#8221; for the LCI.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2397 size-thumbnail alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/fdes-verifiee-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3409 size-thumbnail alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/LOGO-ICV-INIES-quadri-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/LOGO-ICV-INIES-quadri-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/LOGO-ICV-INIES-quadri-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/LOGO-ICV-INIES-quadri-768x767.jpg 768w, https:\/\/inies-dev.armstrong.space\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/LOGO-ICV-INIES-quadri.jpg 799w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/p><p>The verification results in publication of two documents proving the conformity of the FDES\/LCI :<\/p><ul><li>The verification certificate signed by the accredited verifier<\/li><li>The verification report<\/li><\/ul><p>Like the FDES, the configurators are verified as part of a critical review carried out by a verifier accredited by the INIES Programme. He first checks a &#8220;mother&#8221; FDES, and then the results following the tests of different possibilities. All collective FDES published by a configurator offered by a collective entity (union, federation, etc.) are considered verified. If the configurator also produces individual FDES, these must be checked like any other FDES.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ceaebf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ceaebf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Become an INIES-accredited verifier<\/h2><p>The role of the accredited verifiers consists of verifying, in accordance with the procedures provided for by the Programme, the compliance of the FDES with the &#8220;INIES Verification Programme&#8221; as well as with NF EN 15804 and NF EN 15804\/CN (FDES) standards.<\/p><p>The accreditation of the verifiers relies on the requirements of ISO 14025 standard and takes best professional practices into account. This procedure aims to qualify and endorse the skills required to ensure the quality and independence of the verifications of the FDES subject to the compliance process of the INIES Programme.<\/p><h3>Do you want to be accredited by the INIES programme?<\/h3><p>Anyone wishing to become a verifier of the INIES programme must pass an exam to obtain an accreditation which will be issued, if successful, by the Steering Committee (COPIL) of the INIES Programme.
